Artemis Diana Tsantekidou was born in Yekaterinburg (Russia) and raised in Thessaloniki (Greece). From an early age, she had a natural attraction to music and design aesthetics. Artemis enrolled at The State Conservatory of Thessaloniki where she earned her degree in Monody in 2004.

In 2008 she moved to Hamburg, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg (HFBK). Following graduation in 2013, Artemis moved to Berlin where she enrolled at Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weissensee- Hochschule für Gestaltung to complete her Master’s degree in Textile and Surface Design.

Her current research centers on elements of perception and the use of digital tools to materialize art pieces of different formats, focusing on the evolution of sound environments and installation.

Today she lives and creates as multidisciplinary designer in Berlin under the name RtmiS [ár.te.mis].
